I need to draw Sylviannacrusis more, but to be honest, the most I've developed of her story is that she was the one who taught Monarch the joy of music and singing. Seeing as this is currently her main role, I think I'll just develop her story around music. The Zulkuti seem perfectly capable of singing well to me >.>

The vocals in the above song are the way I imagine Sylvianna singing- right from her chest, very strong, very emotion-filled. Other than Adele, other artists I'd say she'd be similar to would be Beth Ditto from Gossip, Gin Wigmore, Duffy and Amy Winehouse. Completely opposite to Monarch's high voice, Sylvies more suited to jazz, or the blues. Something in which she sings a really emotional, deep song about love and despair, or some such like that.

But I think the most important thing about her is that she sings her whole being into her music. She lives for that deep feeling when the notes are coming right and the audience is swaying to her beat. She'd be very small-time, singing in a jazz-bar or something, but she'd love it that way, not needing anything more.

I hope this isn't getting too far away from the Zulkuti culture, but I figure she has become pretty acculturated with the space-faring galaxy due to long separation from her tribe and her homeland.
